what is next??

HEY FRIENDS! It has been a WHILE! I’m here to tell you a little bit about what the Lord is calling me into for this next season and where He is leading me as a missionary!

I hope the first half of 2021 has been going great for each of you! You may have heard that I recently got home from the World Race. I was living life and doing ministry in Ecuador for 3 months. It was a life changing and even more so, a heart changing experience. We got to see physical and spiritual impact happen through the people there and also through our own team! These three months definitely helped me to take a few more steps closer to what I am pursuing. What is that? A life of mission on the field! One of the AWESOME opportunities that opened up was my acceptance into a program called CGA- the Center for Global Action. This is a discipleship and leadership school run by Adventures in Missions, who also runs the World Race. I will be moving to Georgia in August to grow deeper in my relationship with God, develop further as a leader, and take the next step towards my dream of leading international trips and one day moving overseas full time, if the Lord leads me to.

What is my WHY? I believe that the Lord has placed this passion and fire in my heart for a reason. He has called me to missions and a life on the field, so that is what I am pursuing! Within this huge passion, there are so many more. One of those being how much I would love to lead highschool trips overseas. For me, my highschool mission trip to Nepal was such a pinnacle moment of my walk with the Lord and the discovering of my purpose. Something that made a huge impact on this was the way my leaders walked alongside me and created a space for me to experience the beauty of the Father and life with Him. Knowing what it feels like to be that teen and to have that experience, I want to create that space for others. Through seeking the Lord and pursuing Him, I want to follow Him in leading teens and young adults to His feet and finding their own passions. There is a huge importance in youth ministry as they are our next generation of adults. I believe that the Lord can lead the next generation in radical ways and I want to be a part of that! We are blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of all the Lord is doing here in this world. We just have to choose to step forward and say YES to Him! My hope and prayer is that these steps of pursuit will lead to long term life in ministry overseas.

To pursue this dream, I will need my community’s help. Life on mission isn’t easy and I am willing and ready to put in the grit to accomplish this. For discipleship school alone I need to fundraise $5,950. I am asking the community to partner with me financially and prayerfully to help me reach this goal. I believe you will each be encouraged to hear how the Lord is moving through this ministry and how you can partner with me to share the Gospel!
